Both users can hear the conversation. but only one headset (red end on the Y-cord) has the microphone turned on. The microphone of the other headset (supervisor/trainer) is always muted.Compatible with*: Blackwire 5210. Blackwire 5220.*For Blackwire 5200 series only. Not for any other Blackwire models that use a 3.5mm jack.
