This Bosch EXPERT R444 Metal Sanding Disc is supplied in 180mm diameter with a 120g (fine) grit, making it the go-to choice for fine finishing and achieving a smooth, refined surface on metal. The 120g grade is ideal for final-stage work — removing fine scratches, light discolouration and minor surface imperfections to leave a clean, consistent finish ready for coating or inspection. Compatible with standard locking nut angle grinders via its 22.23mm bore, this disc requires use with a suitable backing pad. The semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is optimised for work on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron.
