The motifs, designed in iridescent colours, daringly mix traditional Western decorative elements on one side with those of the Orient on the other. The motifs are separated by a coloured line that draws a clearly visible border between East and West, paradoxically connecting them at the same time. The contrast of the motifs is accompanied by a contrast of shapes: on the same piece, round and smooth outlines directly transition into wavy lines, bringing with them the scent of ancient times. Made in Tangshan, China, the "capital of bone china porcelain", this precious collection is based on age-old techniques. The surfaces are handcrafted.
