Design pendant lamp "Margin" Ø 50 cm The MARGIN. collection is designer John Asbury's modern interpretation of a classic luminaire. Margin's intersecting shades, which explore a multi-tiered typology for lighting, gently diffuse light and instantly add a warm and tactile accent. The softness of the fabric is tempered by a clear and graphic silhouette that gives the room a certain presence and volume. The sense of proportion and details such as the linear element in the luminaire sharpen the aesthetics and allow Margin's special character to unfold. Designer John Asbury: John Astbury's studio was founded in 2014 and is located in Stockholm, Sweden. After previously studying anthropology in England, John Astbury completed a design degree at Konstfack, University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, in 2011. Based on archetypes, his work reduces the object to its fundamentals, revealing material, structure, and form. A language of absolute simplicity that simultaneously makes visible the dialogues and symbols surrounding the object.
