The air-filled training device, individually adjustable for balance and coordination, is particularly suitable for foot and leg training in fitness and therapy. The red version is made from a slightly firmer material and is therefore relatively stable and easier to use. The Aero-Step One in anthracite colour is generally softer and thus less stable. The air pressure can be regulated for both devices using a needle valve. The robust balance cushions can also be used outdoors and with shoes.
