A lightweight 1.8 mm gauge carbon steel wok finished with a two layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures. Traditional Chinese carbon-steel seasoning Wok with a natural, effective non-stick surface called patina which will develop through use. The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn't topple over when sat on the stove. It is also suitable for cooking on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
