De Canon EOS R5 Mark II Body is een razendsnelle systeemcamera voor de professionele fotograaf. Dankzij de 45 megapixel full frame sensor maak je haarscherpe foto's met veel details. Je drukt ze bijvoorbeeld zonder kwaliteitsverlies op groot formaat af. Deze beeldsensor is stacked, wat zorgt voor een snelle beeldverwerking. Hierdoor fotografeer je met maximaal 30 frames per seconde. Zo leg je bijvoorbeeld elke beweging van een sporter vast. Maak je ook graag video's? Je filmt in 8K resolutie met 60 frames per seconde. Dit levert scherpe video's op die je 2 keer vertraagt. Scherpe beelden De ingebouwde beeldstabilisatie (IBIS) vermindert bewegingsonscherpte tot 8,5 stops. Hierdoor maak je haarscherpe foto's en vloeiende video's uit de hand. Dat is bijvoorbeeld handig als je in donkere omstandigheden fotografeert. Je gebruikt probleemloos langere sluitertijden. De camera gebruikt Dual Pixel Intelligent AF, waardoor je snel en nauwkeurig op mensen, dieren en voertuigen focust. In de Action Priority modus herkent hij het onderwerp tijdens een sportwedstrijd en verplaatst hij de focus naar de juiste speler, bijvoorbeeld als iemand een schot op het doel doet. Als je bruiloften fotografeert, geef je de gezichten van bepaalde mensen voorrang met de Registered People functie. Zo stel je gemakkelijk scherp op de juiste persoon.
