First, the bowl is blown into a metal mould to create the round, silhouette. Subsequently, the foot is formed with great precision using a wooden tool and attached to the stem. The complex process takes place while the glass is still hot and malleable. The fine rim is fire-polished to achieve a smooth surface. A generous, rounded bowl and a thick, tubular stem create a modern silhouette, hand-painted with a wide gold band at the foot. The LUCA glasses are therefore not only an eye-catcher, but each individual glass is a true design unique.
